Neutral colours are requested quite frequently by clients, which generally means lighter, brighter colours but there certainly is a market for darker colours too.

The key is to use dark colors carefully and purposefully, and in moderation.

"A fantastic project we were lucky to be awarded of the conversion of a Grade II listed building in the centre of Altrincham into 28nr Luxury Apartments. Phase one was the west wing, which amounted to 12 large apartments and a huge lift shaft cm communal staircase. Paint spec was a high quality Vinyl emulsion on the ceilings and walls, with the woodwork being finished in Satinwood. Phase 1 has recently been handed over to the client, and due to our performance on-site we were successful in being awarded and completing Phase 2."
