Yesterday’s effort completed! 💪

A full boundary transformation for this customer, including:

✅ 8 bays of brand-new fencing
✅ 3 replacement fence panels
✅ A failed gate post removed and replaced

The result is a much brighter, stronger, and smarter-looking boundary than what was there before.

To make room for the new fence line, we cut back and removed a large section of the existing hedge, making light work of it and having the fencing completed before lunchtime.

We then moved on to constructing a new shed base. With the ground sloping and uneven, our excavator was used to accurately dig and level the area. We installed timber shuttering, a quality recycled stone sub-base, and a damp-proof membrane before pouring the concrete.

The job was finished with quality pay-as-you-go concrete supplied by our friends at Mansfield SpeedyMix.

Another project completed to a high standard, and we’re pleased to say the customer was so happy with the results that we’ve already been asked back next week to complete the other side!

Collecting our own c20 concrete due to access issues this is the fastest and better option. Using our 2.5 tonne tipper we can get rice beside the job where using conventional bottle or volumetric truck concrete would require a lengthy run with the barrow . Our team raised the existing brick pillars by 600mm, added matching blue brick cappings, and created the perfect openings for these decorative lattice panels.

The result? More privacy, more character, and a much smarter-looking boundary.

Access on this job was extremely limited, with no kerb space available to work from. A 1.6m excavation is required — but hand digging simply wasn’t a viable option.

So, we adapted, overcame, and got the job done with minimal disruption.

Today’s job over in Kidderminster 🚧

The client was experiencing low water pressure along with a metallic, earthy taste coming from the taps.

Previous trial holes and investigations revealed a corroded and heavily clogged water main running beneath a shared access road.

Our team stepped in and successfully installed a new 80m HDPE water supply pipe using moling techniques — all completed in just one day with minimal disruption to the property and surrounding area.
