🚨We are Hiring! - Experienced Agricultural Machinery Operative🚨

As we look forward to our up and coming busy season and our increased investment in the fleet for this coming year, we are looking to recruit additional operatives who are both skilled and fully competent in undertaking a wide range of tasks which include harvesting, drilling, baling, slurry pump(dribble bar work), bale carting and all other aspects of agricultural work.

Candidates will be considered based on the following criteria:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
• Good mechanical knowledge of agricultural machinery and implements.
• Must have the ability to work on your own initiative and without supervision and also have the ability to work as part of an existing team.
• Must be prepared to work long seasonal hours, and understand the Agricultural Contracting world.
• Have the ability to problem solve promptly, independently and with confidence.
• Full Car Driving Licence

Salary
Upwards of £50,000 per year
Weekly Pay

28 days paid holiday (includes Bank Holidays)

Permanent full-time position, Winter work guaranteed for job security.
