****** Principles ******

We all know dentist charge extortionate fees for just sitting in a chair for a 10min check up, I don't really need to know how much you've paid your dentist, the post is NOT about that. I'm just using this as an example !!!!

I was at the dentist yesterday, and while I was waiting I heard the receptionist on the phone saying that the consultation fee alone is £85.00 just to look in your mouth (extortion)

🤔🤔🤔
So I wonder what Joe Bloggs would say when they rock up out the blue and ask me to check their exhaust over and I say it's a £50.00 consultation fee, they'd tell me to 'F' off 'I'm not paying that just for you to look at my exhaust'
is that not the same principle as the dentist?
Anyway food for thought.

Over the past 26 years I have been stung financially by people saying 'Oh loads of people would want a system like that' mmm🤔
Let me explain.....
A Honda 400/4 club asked me to develop and make the iconic system and said they would place an order for 10off which would make it worth while in doing all the work in development, making the jigs, drawing up the laser profiles etc. etc. and end up being a better price for a 10 off batch.
They asked for 3 systems as quick as possible because they were going on a club run as 3 members desperately needed new systems. I did this and they paid for the 3 systems at a 10 off price.
I completed the other 7 and tried contacting the club to get payment but nothing, it took me 8 years to finally sell the last one. The same thing happened with BSA Goldstar, Bandits 600/1200's, ZX10's, my time, money out my own pocket in making jigs etc so I'm not doing it again.

So........
The above is a 1off, I haven't made any jigs etc. because of the above reasons and unless I get at least an order for 10 and a deposit up front I will not be laying out for the jigs, drawings etc. So you'll have to bring your bike and I'll make it directly on the bike as a 1 off.

As for the price, well I have worked out a price, but it depends on what people are prepared to pay, so if you are interested, what would you expect to pay for the above system, let me know bellow.
