🎉 Celebrating Apprenticeship Success! 🎉

We’re so proud to be at a stage where we can take on apprentices, helping them build their skills and confidence for a bright future!

A massive shoutout to Tom, our very first full-time apprentice, who’s been absolutely smashing it in his carpentry journey. In just six months, he’s already led the installation of a cut roof, tackled tricky tasks like dormer cuts, and mastered the technical side of things. 💪🔨

His tutor, Matt from Burton and South Derbyshire College, even called our director personally to praise Tom’s attitude and progress—how amazing is that?! 👏

Tom, you’re doing a fantastic job, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way. Keep up the hard work, mate! 👏🙌

And a big thank you to Matt @ Burton College for all your guidance and support. 🙌
