A Big Job Beginning of The Week. Old trianco oil boiler & megaflow cylinder removed to make way for a new and 300litre pump ensuring good circulation around this 3 story property with a mix of and all wired in and controlled by programmer & , vessels by aavs by & gauges by , whilst a bit overkill the old system had been installed by an engineer who has since died and he’d fitted a lot of additional gauges for temperature and pressure on the system and the water in and out of the cylinder, as a little tribute to his work we decided to fit some new gauges in their place to replicate what was there originally. Hopefully he is watching from above and appreciates the efforts on this one 🫡

Leaking Removed & Replaced with a Greenstar Utility 32/50 with new light commercial pump, zilmet expansion vessel replaced, new & firevalve also fitted, boiler had to be stripped right back to the water jacket to get it into the boiler cupboard (not fun) but all up and running and completed in 3 days during the hottest days of the year to date 🥵.

2 Oil Tank Cleans Yesterday. Pumped out the clean oil to a safe level then pumped out all the contaminated oil/water , wet vacced out the tank swilled it and vacced it again, dried off and clean oil back in, lines blown through and all filters changed. Customers back up & running 👌🏼
