💬 “Change is inevitable. How you respond defines success.”

That’s one of the key takeaways Jeremy Moore gained from completing his PRINCE2 Agile certifications.

Having progressed within the business from Arrow Product Manager in 2016 to leading across both Arrow and Nielsen, Jeremy’s focus is on ensuring teams can adapt without losing structure, and ensuring projects are on track while responding to real-world challenges.

⚖️ Structure or flexibility?

According to Jeremy Moore, Product Manager across Arrow and Nielsen, you don’t get to choose.

Through his PRINCE2 Agile certification, Jeremy is helping embed an approach that combines both: a clear governance with the flexibility to adapt as projects evolve.

Because in manufacturing, no project follows a perfect plan.

👏 A fantastic achievement for our team.

Product Manager Jeremy Moore—who leads across both Arrow and Nielsen—has completed both PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner certifications, strengthening how we deliver projects across the business.

Most projects don’t fail because of poor ideas.
They fail because of poor delivery.

That’s where structured, adaptable project management makes the difference.

At Reabrook, investing in people like Jeremy is how we improve outcomes, not just intentions.

Last Friday was a great day at Burton Albion’s Corporate Five-a-Side Tournament ⚽

Martyn Udall, Team Manager, said:

“We kicked things off in high spirits (and sunshine), but an early 2–1 defeat—helped along by a questionable 🤔 penalty decision—set the tone for a tough day.

“As the tournament went on, it became clear the standard was incredibly high across the board.

“While other teams seemed to find a second wind, our team… well, we were running on determination alone by the final few games.

“Results aside, the effort from the team was outstanding. Every player gave it everything, right to the final whistle.

“No wins this time, but a brilliant day of football, teamwork, and an even better evening to round it off.

“We’ll be back 💪🏽”

Today, we’re wearing green for Mental Health Awareness Week.

A simple gesture, but an important one. We show support, start conversations, and stand together to say that mental health matters.

Across Reabrook, our teams are taking part to help raise awareness and continue breaking down the stigma that still exists around mental health in the workplace.

We’re proud to be part of a workplace culture where wellbeing is supported every day. 💚

A brilliant day in support of Mental Health Awareness Week! 🥯🧁

Today’s bake sale and tombola brought the team together for a great cause with plenty of baked goods, a bit of friendly competition, and a lot of generosity all round.

The energy (and sugar levels) throughout the day was high, and we’re proud to share that the team raised £338 for charity.

To further support the cause, Reabrook will be topping this up to ÂŁ800, with the full donation going to the Mental Health Foundation to support vital mental health services and awareness initiatives.

It’s moments like this that show how small actions, when done together, can make a real difference.

Thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and took part.

More updates to come as the week continues…

Mental Health Awareness Week is a chance to open up conversations and reinforce the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing—both at work and in our personal lives.

At Reabrook, mental health isn’t a one-week focus. It’s part of how we support our people every day.

We actively invest in initiatives that help create a workplace where people feel supported, heard, and able to speak openly without stigma.

Our Mental Health First Aiders—Paula Jane Ash, Gurjit Breyal, Joanne Duma and Adam Milner—are trained to support colleagues, and our managers receive training to help identify early signs of stress and burnout.

We’re also proud to support local and national wellbeing initiatives, including Mind Derbyshire, helping extend support beyond our workplace.

Sustainability in manufacturing cannot be put down to a single action. It has to be a series of conscious decisions. 🤔

This , we’re reflecting on how responsible chemistry and manufacturing can support a more sustainable future.

At Reabrook, that includes:
👍🏻 Improving processes to reduce environmental impact
🌱 Responsible sourcing and formulation practices
🧪 Developing products with sustainability in mind

Because meaningful change comes from consistent, collective action.
