Another job moving along nicely this week 👷‍♂️

Site cleared, demolition of existing buildings carried out, muck taken away, and footings now dug out ready for concrete. The old concrete and waste materials have been removed and the area levelled out ready for the next stage of the build.

Clean site is a happy site 😁

Next step is getting the concrete poured and foundations underway.

Another solid week on site with the lads working flat out and pushing things forward 👊 on one of many kitchen projects currently underway Great progress on the extension in Chester, especially with the weather doing its best to slow us down over the last couple of weeks. Massive credit to the team for grafting through it and keeping everything moving.

March is shaping up to be an extremely busy one — plenty more to come!

🚧 Project Update: Footings Complete 🚧

Great progress on our latest project – footings completed and passed by local Building Control, with concrete now poured and ready for the slab on this double-storey extension.

This stage involved careful excavation, concrete breaking, and preparation to ensure strong, compliant foundations ready to support the new build. Always good to see everything signed off before moving up from here 💪

Thanks to Guy Plant Hire for supplying the machines– made light work of a tight-access job.

Big thanks to the team for keeping things tidy and on schedule. On to the next phase!

💪 Busy week on site! 💪

The team has been flat out this week fitting loads of structural steel, opening up spaces and getting the bones of these projects exactly where they need to be.

Big steels going in, ceilings opened up, walls coming out – this is the stage where it really starts to take shape. Huge graft from the lads to get everything installed safely, accurately, and bang on schedule.

Big thanks to KMA Tool Hire & Sales Ltd for supplying all the acrows we needed this week – much appreciated 👏

From foundations to finished space ✨

This project has been a brilliant journey from bare ground and steel frames to a warm, light-filled extension that completely transforms the home. What started as a vision is now a seamless open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, bespoke joinery, beautiful herringbone flooring, and loads of natural light pouring in through those glazed doors and feature windows.

Big shout out to the team – the attention to detail really shows at every stage, inside and out. A proper example of how thoughtful design and quality workmanship can add both space and value to a home.
