After being spotted building the last year this client approached us and asked if we could build a retaining wall for them to kickstart their future plans.

Due to the depth of the dig out and proximity of the neighbouring garden walls this wall was designed by a structural engineer and constructed by ourself's whilst being inspected and signed off by local building control.

With the wall now mostly complete and ready for a bit more backfilling it won't be too long before the next stage commences with the construction of a large summerhouse.

Here's a cheeky little patio completed this week in Lancaster, the weather tried its best to disrupt progress over the week but we managed to get it resin pointed this morning.

What was a small lawn full of moss/weeds is now a clean/tidy usable space that looks so much better... all that's needed now is a tidy up of the boarders with a little top up of soil along with a driveway freshen up and it's finished 😃

Thanks to Joe & Jan for being amazing clients to work for as always and for keeping us both fed and watered yet again whilst on site 🥪🥤

It's been a day of preparation in Kirkham today, Steve and myself loading up 3000 bricks so we've got a great start next week with no downtime and then a couple of site visits on the way home to look at potential new projects.
