800mm HYDRAULIC CLOSING SPRING RETURN
One refurbished model 800 sidebar type filter press having 45 chambers, each being 25mm deep and formed by a cast iron recessed chamber plate pack suitable for high temperature filtration. The filter press will comprise of:-
1. Fabricated mild steel skeleton suitable for 7-bar operation.
2. Single acting spring return electro-hydraulic short stroke cylinder c/w manual lock nut.
3. Press mounted power pack fitted between filter press feed head legs.
4. 45 chamber recessed cast iron filter plate pack centre feed with four internal corner port outlet and pip filtration service (495 litres capacity 43.965 m/2 area).
5. One set of suitable filter media with sewn centre feed.
6. Rectangular flat sidebars c/w wear strip.
7. Feed inlet manifold c/w feed inlet valve and pressure relief valve constructed from mild steel
8. Top and bottom filtrate outlet manifolds
9. Fully assembled, finish painted in RAL 5012 to Latham International Ltd’s standard paint specification.
