Some recent projects from the last few months here at Mimarc.
Stone built detached garage with Anthracite grey doors and roofline to match existing house.
Double height brick built side extension to match existing. Cleaned and reused brickwork across the front and rear with new matching bricks to side. Plaster works throughout.

Same house - different house? What a transformation this one is. Multiple extensions, roof lanterns, bi-folding doors, vaulted ceilings, en-suites, dressing rooms and landscaping. You name it and we’ve done it to this property. From an empty 1970s bungalow to a modern open plan family home. Next up, large detached garage to build.

That’s a wrap!

Project complete of this 200+ year old building in the heart of Northumberland’s historic market town of Morpeth.

All aspects of work on this historic building, stripped back to the shell and started fresh with brand new electrics, plumbing, floors, walls and all interior design.

Bespoke hardwood timber windows manufactured locally and a front facade finished in silicone based render system.

Great to see this project finished and this old run down building brought back to life.

Recent project located in Northumberland. This Large extension with vaulted roof design, steel structure and a stone built finish. Fully boarded and plaster skim finish. Customer now just waiting on apex glazing and sliding doors to be installed. Great project to do and this open plan kitchen/living area will definitely bring the wow factor to this lovely home. 👍 🏡 🔨
