TODAY IS NATIONAL NO SMOKING DAY

National No Smoking Day is an annual awareness campaign held across the United Kingdom to encourage smokers to quit and to highlight the life-changing benefits of becoming smoke-free.
Taking place on the second Wednesday of March, the day brings together individuals, communities, workplaces, and health organisations to support anyone ready to take their first step toward quitting.

WHY IT MATTERS

Smoking remains one of the leading causes of preventable illness and death.

Quitting can:-

Improve heart and lung health
Reduce the risk of cancer and stroke
Boost energy levels
Improve taste and smell
Save thousands of pounds each year

Christine attended one of Paul Shamplina ( of Channel 4 fame) Landlord Action events that West Suffolk Council hosted a few years ago. He explains things in a very clear concise " call a spade a spade" easy to listen to, amusing Essex boy-style and keeps everyone's attention right from the very beginning to end! No idea of costings, fees etc or deals he would do for letting agents but he'd be well worth it for any letting agency big or small to contact or for any fellow struggling landlords getting to grips wth all the new regulations becoming law during May in the new year, there is no room for costly error!

Three weeks until Christmas & then we close down for the annual Christmas celebrations. No one wants to see us, unless for an emergency job anyway. Our supply yards are closed over Christmas until January so we are limited with what we can do.
We'll take a well-earned rest from cold wet weather, recharge our batteries & see you in 2026. Anything you need to call us about BEFORE Christmas, why not do it right now.🎄🎅🎁🎉🍻
