🏗️ PROJECT COMPLETE | CELLECTA HEAD OFFICE, ROCHESTER

Gibbs Timber Frame are proud to have supplied and installed the timber frame package as part of the redevelopment of Cellecta’s Head Office in Rochester, working alongside Fry Investments to help transform the existing premises.
Our works formed part of an extensive office refurbishment and extension, bringing new construction together with the existing building to create upgraded office facilities and additional warehouse space.

Our package included:
🔨 Supply and installation of the pre-insulated timber frame
🏗️ Installation of associated structural steelwork
🪵 Supply and installation of the floor joist system
🏢 Timber frame construction carefully integrated with the existing structure
🔧 Supply and installation of the flat roof materials

The finished building is a fantastic transformation, and we're delighted to have played our part in delivering it.

A great example of timber frame being used to extend and modernise an existing commercial building while working around the retained structure.

A big thank you to Fry Investments for the opportunity to work alongside them on this project.

We are looking to recruit reliable and practical individuals to manufacture timber frame panels, timber engineered eco-joists and roof trusses.
You will be working within a team and will operate cross cut saws, presses, nail guns and general machinery.
Experience in working with timber and in a work shop environment is not necessary as full training will be provided.
