Meet Ailsa — one of the incredible women raising the bar in rope access.

In a field built on precision, trust, and absolute focus, gender doesn't factor into the equation and we're rewriting what this industry looks like.

What matters is your knots, your calls, and your commitment to bringing everyone home safe.

To every woman in rope access — whether you're scaling buildings, inspecting infrastructure, or training the next crew — you're making this job better.

Thank you for showing up, standing your ground, and pulling others up with you.

In rope access, nobody descends alone.

Every knot is checked, every line is backed up, every job is a team effort — because we trust the person on the other end of the rope with our lives.

This World Mental Health Day, we're reminding each other that it works the same way off the ropes.

Check in on your mate. Ask twice. Listen properly.

The same crew that's got your back 50 metres up has got your back on the ground too.

If there is one piece of guidance you can take from the spirit of our rope access technicians, it is that the world is full of adventure.

Whatever the weather or obstacles our technicians are dedicated and ready to take the day on.

No matter how complicated the job they have the experience and consistency to get the job done.

Tommy Yorke has been a fantastic member of the team for over 7 years on and off. It’s always nice to steal him and get him back on a Vector Site.

This guy is one of the best climbers we know with a true passion for it. He lives and breathes climbing.

Thank you so much to all our wonderful crews both old and new. You really are the cogs that’s keep Vector going.

Homes such as this one found nestled into the Cornish countryside can be at risk from land slipping around them.

Erosion can cause immense damage if not protected. It is much better to be proactive with these concerns as the cost will be much less now compared to if something went wrong.

If you would like to discuss your property, please get in touch for a free consultation.

Last week we talked about our work with and how we provided a system to allow new skaters or those in need of extra support to skate safely and confidently.

Today I wanted to tell you more about this awesome place.

The skate part includes a mini ramp, a vert wall, rails, and more.

There are autism friendly and toddler sessions as well as support for those with disabilities. They also offer private coaching and a dedicated beginner area for new starters.

For equipment and accessories, they have their very own shop as well as a cafe for you to grab something tasty to eat and drink.

TR7 is strictly for skateboarding but can offer private hire for rollerbladers/bikes etc. Its a fantastic place, check it out.

Alana is one of our directors. She works hard behind the scenes to ensure the business works as smoothly as possible.

We have gone through many changes recently, and Alana continues to drive innovation and find ways to best support our team and our customers, and pushing the company to grow.
