✨ Reflecting on an Incredible 2025 – and Looking Ahead to 2026 ✨

2025 has been our biggest and best year for growth at Proworx, and none of it would have been possible without our incredible team of skilled craftsmen and amazing suppliers who consistently go the extra mile.

What’s even more exciting is that 2026 is already shaping up to be another huge year.

As we grow, our foundations remain unchanged. We deliver quality products installed to the highest standards, with every project personally managed by me from start to finish. Our customers are never just a number – every home matters.

Clear communication is key. We don’t want to be the biggest – we want to be the best. We never cut corners and do everything properly, by the book, employing the very best tradespeople in the business.

Looking ahead, we’ll be expanding and moving into new premises, and I’m proud to welcome my wife, Abby, to Proworx as Office Manager, overseeing enquiries, socials, and accounts.

Normally after the Christmas break I’d dread going back to work – this year I’m itching to get started, determined to make 2026 the best year of my career yet.

I don’t think I’ll ever forget this week with DIY SOS in Feniton. It’s hard to put into words what we’ve witnessed… but it’s something that’s touched me right to my core ❤️

A young family had their world torn apart in the most devastating way, and yet, in the middle of their darkest moment, an entire community rose up around them. People who had never met them. People who owed them nothing. People who simply refused to let them face it alone 🤝

My team at Proworx South West Ltd and I were only a tiny piece of the puzzle, supplying and installing the windows and doors. But standing there, soaked to the skin and somehow everyone still smiling and genuinely happy to be there, watching hundreds of volunteers fight the rain, the wind, the cold… all for one family… it was overwhelming. A moment that makes you stop, breathe, and remember what really matters 😊

None of what we did would have been possible without the generosity of our window manufacturer Britannia Windows, and their incredible suppliers Liniar, Doorstop, and Cwmtillery Glass, who all supplied products completely free of charge. Their kindness made our contribution possible, and I can’t thank them enough 🙏

In a country that sometimes feels like it’s falling apart, this week showed the absolute best of who we are. British. Compassion. Unity. Love in action. Strangers becoming a lifeline for a family who desperately needed hope ❤️‍🩹

I drove home each night exhausted both physically and mentally, proud of my team, proud of everyone there, and proud to have witnessed humanity at its finest 🏡✨

This wasn’t just a build. It was a reminder that when life breaks people, we can help put them back together again ❤️

It’s always a pleasure to revisit a project and see the stunning transformation fully completed and beautifully furnished ✨🏡We replaced the tired 1990s polycarbonate lean-to conservatory — a space that was far too hot in summer ☀️ and freezing cold in winter ❄️, only ever used for drying laundry 👕 — and turned it into a room the customer now loves to spend time in ❤️All the old windows were replaced with A-rated double-glazed units 🪟, and we installed a fully insulated Ultraframe Ltd Ultra 380 tiled roof 🏠. To keep natural daylight flooding in, we included a full-length self-cleaning glass panel 🌤️But we didn’t stop there…We installed a white insulated panel along the boundary side, then plastered it to create a more polished, homely feel 🎨. We also raised and insulated the floor before laying the customer’s beautiful herringbone flooring 👌
