Another one out the ground 🪏 what was meant to be a simple dig, concrete poor and build up to damp course turned out to be much bigger. But we got there in the end and got to have a crane on site too 🏗️ new block and beam installed, built up to damp course and RSJ installed. All ready for timber frame to be built.

Stage one complete on the latest project ✅ old conservatory down, footings dug, drains moved and concrete poured. Out the ground and up to damp course with block and beam floor installed. Looking forward to having this one up to plate height ready for the roof to go on 🧱🧱🧱

Due to the awful weather i completely forgot to take a before photo, but once it dried up a bit we managed to get this new path laid and Cotswold chipping surround. Giving a much nicer route down to the garden room 🧱🏡
