✅ Civils Operatives

Requirements:
✔️ Valid SOLAS Plant Certification (where applicable)
✔️ Safe Pass Card
✔️ Full driving licence

A few other bits and pieces wrapped up at the tail end of 2025 and into the start of 2026. Good momentum carried through the turn of the year, with solid progress across multiple sites.
Credit to the crews for keeping standards high and pushing work over the line 👏

Excavator operators
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in drainage, utilities and finishing works
Have csr/safepass operators card
And be a good time keeper

Foremen
Must have a knowledge of groundworks and utilities
Have minimum 5 years experience
Have csr/safepass card
Able to keep squad organised and report to site management

Groundworkers
Experience in drainage, kerbing, and concrete works essential
Have minimum 5 years experience
Have csr/safepass
Good time keeping a must

Must have experience in finishing works around houses, main line drainage and utilities
Be able to run squad of 4 men and machines
Keep all works up to a high standard and report progress to office

Skilled labourers
Experience in groundworks essential
Csr card a must
