🏆 We’re thrilled to announce that our private residential project, Newcastle Courtyard House, has won a North East RIBA Award!

Designed by Miltiadou Cook Mitzman LLP Architects and delivered by mussonbrownarchitects the Newcastle Courtyard House brings together contemporary design and exceptional energy performance. Key features include: Cross-laminated timber frame structure, triple glazing, sedum roof, photovoltaic panels and a ground source heat pump

This award is a true reflection of what outstanding collaboration looks like. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing this project to life, from design through to delivery.

A New Build Care Home Coming Soon to Newark.

We’re thrilled to share that works are fully underway for a brand new care home for in Newark. Designed by Darbyshire Architects, each of the 70 bedrooms will have its own ensuite.

Construction highlights will include a traditional brick-faced building with a pitched roof, a grand portico entrance and a first-floor walk-out terrace.

The care home is due for completion in July 2027, we’ll be bringing you regular updates and behind-the-scenes progress shots right here as this exciting project for Crown Care takes shape.
