Underfloor heating & screed : Northants
Four bedroom ICF ( Insulated Concrete Form – essentially polystyrene blocks filled with concrete ) eco friendly house with double garage. Highly insulated, with mechanical ventilation heat recovery system and solar panels, for minimal energy running costs. Built by Denton Green Developments.

About this project
We installed 97㎡ tradition screed at a new build eco friendly home in Denton, Northamptonshire.

As part of Liberty Construction Services Limited, we deliver turnkey flooring projects from DPM through to screed. Our combined products, services and expertise provide the complete package from DPM, underfloor heating , liquid screed and plumbing, through to boiler installation and sign off.
