LOOKING FOR A LABOURER !! 🚨🚨
Hi everyone , I’m putting this post up to advertise for a new labourer to join our team .
We are searching for a young lad who wants to learn a trade and create an ever growing career for himself as a roofer .
Experience isn’t required but will help in your progression and will result in faster pay rises
Here is a list of “ requirements “
Must be RELIABLE !! Must be able to wake up on time !! Must be okay with physically demanding jobs !! Must show willing to learn and responsibility !! Must be able to make it in on a Monday !! Must be local to Grantham area
Pay is every fortnight as I’ve had problems with people who think they can come for a week and get a quick wage then never get in touch again , and this can be moved to weekly once I know your the right person for the job !
If your a responsible young lad with your head screwed on who doesn’t go out and blow all his wages on getting wasted at the weekend and can’t even afford a sandwich come Monday then your exactly what we need !! 😂🙏🏻
But seriously we’ve had many problems with labourers in the past and I’m fed up of wasting my time on the wrong people so if your serious about learning a trade coming to learn then please get in touch !!
