As details emerge at Sewstern, the project is reaching the point where the customer’s vision starts to take shape. Thank you to .b.plastering_ for doing a great job, the rounded edge details are in keeping with the property original style and character. The top staircase is now in place, showers have been tiled ahead of the bathroom installations, and underfloor heating has been laid and tested on the ground floor. Outside, original ceiling beams have been repurposed into planters.

Sewstern Reno Update! Working from the top down, we are starting to prepare the ground floor now ready for the new underfloor heating, while the two upper floors are being plastered and painted. The un-suite has been sectioned off from the original bathroom and will be plastered next week. Outdoors, we have started the landscaping with oak sleepers to eventually create a spacious courtyard at the front of the property

Renovation project update 👷‍♂️ Old flooring is starting to be replaced while keeping the character of the property as the new flooring goes in. A patio has been discovered and have done an incredible job of clearing the grounds!
