Here is a job that we finished at the end of last year in Birsay. This house has be transformed with the addition of two extensions and a partial renovation.

We stripped the old roof tiles and all the dashing off the original house to match it in with the new tiles, render and larch cladding giving the house a lovely new finish.

Inside we ripped out the old kitchen and living room, opening it up to create more space and it has been tastefully finished. Upstairs has been left as a shell to be done in the future.

We recently completed this two bedroom semi detached houses in our development in Orphir. The buyers were on board early with this ones which allowed them to pick there own kitchens, bathrooms, doors etc.

Both properties were purchased by young local couples and will make great first homes.

A new build for Gary and Shona Dowell that we worked on at the end of last year. We made and erected the kit, erected the trusses and steel beams, completed the fascia, soffit and prepared the roof for tiling. We also fitted the doors and windows, the two big gable end windows creates a spectacular feature for this lovely house.
