That’s the First fix completed , I still need to go round and tidy up some loose ends (I’ll do this at the end) but for now I thought I’d show you some tasks involved when installing air conditioning.

The next steps will be to hang the indoor unit in one of the 600x600 ceiling grid slots, then I’ll complete the piping and wiring.

This particular installation is in a laboratory located in Oxfordshire.

Here’s a look at the VRF installation in a warehouse located in Oxfordshire.

This Type of system is called a VRF, this allows multiple indoors to run off of one outdoor condenser, a great option if you have a large area that needs heating and cooling.

What also makes these systems so great is the fact they have BC boxes, these bc boxes allow the occupants to heating and cooling at the same time, in multiple rooms cool right? 😬

Out with the old, in with the new. This system had numerous component failures so I replaced it with a new, more efficient unit.
The first photo shows everything opened up during the install. Second is the finished result, neat and back up and running.
Glacier is often called out to jobs across Oxfordshire and nearby areas where a new unit is the more intelligent choice in the long run. But sometimes, a good service is all it takes to keep systems running well and buildings comfortable.

A recent installation at a therapy centre for multiple sclerosis….

Air conditioning is a good option for both heating and cooling because it is a versatile, energy-efficient, and versatile system that can provide both functions in a single unit. Modern heat pump air conditioners are highly efficient for heating, as they move heat rather than generate it, and can significantly reduce energy bills compared to traditional methods like electric or gas heating. 😎 🥵 🥶 🔧

At Glacier Air Conditioning, we love a challenge! 💪❄️🔥

Air conditioning and heat pumps are often an afterthought, making installation tricky—especially in a nearly finished new barn build on the stunning Blenheim grounds!

With a specific request to hide all pipework, cables, and drains, we had to get creative! After a few site visits and some friendly chats with the builders, we dug a trench (yes, a trench!), navigated the tightest loft spaces, ran our equipment down a disguised rain pipe, and concealed everything underground.

Seeing it all come together and receiving such fantastic feedback makes it even more rewarding. Now, our clients can enjoy cool summers and cosy winters without compromising the aesthetics of their luxury home. ✨🏡
