We’re thrilled to announce that our valued clients, for whom we previously crafted a bespoke loft conversion to add a double bedroom with its own ensuite, have invited us back to enhance their home once again! This time, we’re embarking on a single storey rear extension to expand their living space, creating the perfect setting for family and friend gatherings. 🏡✨

The new extension will seamlessly blend with the existing structure, featuring large bi-fold doors to bring in natural light and provide easy access to the garden. 🚿✨ Bathroom Transformation Alert! ✨🚿

We’ve just completed a stunning bathroom renovation, and we’re thrilled to share the results! We started by stripping out the old sanitary ware, tiles, and floor coverings, ensuring all waste was disposed of responsibly. The walls and ceiling were then repaired and prepped to a perfect plaster finish, ready for the beautiful new tiles. The client chose geometric patterned tiles for the walls, extending from the bathtub to the ceiling, and added skirting tiles for a seamless look. The floor now features warm, wood-effect flooring that add a natural touch.

Our plumbing and heating work included making the existing pipework safe during the strip-out and installing sleek new sanitary ware, including a white toilet and a stylish wooden vanity unit with an integrated sink. We also upgraded the lighting, replacing the old cord light with a modern switch light outside the room.

To complete the transformation, we added a mirror with built-in lighting above the vanity and a towel rail for added convenience. Natural light streaming in through the window enhances the overall ambiance, making this bathroom a true sanctuary. 🛁✨

🚧 Loft Conversion Update! 🚧

We’re excited to share the latest progress on our ongoing loft conversion project. 🏠✨ This week, we’re installing beautiful brick slips to the exterior of the property to match the existing, giving the space a classic, rustic charm. These brick slips not only add a stunning visual appeal but also bring a touch of traditional craftsmanship to our modern renovation.

Here’s a peek into the process:

Preparation: We start by ensuring the wall surface is clean and smooth. This involves removing any dust, debris, or old paint to ensure the brick slips adhere properly.
Applying Adhesive: A high-quality adhesive is applied to the wall using a notched trowel. This helps to create a strong bond between the wall and the brick slips.
Placing the Brick Slips: Each brick slip is carefully placed onto the adhesive, starting from the bottom and working our way up. We use spacers to ensure even gaps between the slips for a uniform look.
Grouting: Once the adhesive has set, we fill the gaps between the brick slips with grout. This not only secures the slips in place but also enhances the overall appearance.
Finishing Touches: Finally, we clean the surface to remove any excess grout and ensure the brick slips look perfect.
