Another garage conversion completed by T&E Property Renovations 🔨

For this project we created a new doorway to the rear section of the garage and built an insulated dividing wall, allowing the customer to retain a usable garage space while gaining a modern utility room.

Finished with a tiled floor with a tiled drain, recessed lighting and kitchen units with compact composite worktops (supplied by Howdens), creating a clean and practical space for everyday use.

A great way to maximise unused space while still retaining valuable storage space.

Another successful transformation completed by T & E Property Renovations Limited.

This project involved converting an existing space to create an additional room, along with adapting a former window opening to form a new doorway through into the kitchen area, helping to improve both the layout and functionality of the property.

To create a seamless transition between the two areas, we installed a new raised insulated floor to achieve a level floor finish flowing directly through from the kitchen into the new room. As part of the works, we also incorporated a discreet removable floor access panel to allow continued access to the existing drain covers while maintaining a clean and professional finish throughout.

Additional works included installing new pipework for a washing machine, adapting the existing heating system and running new pipework for a radiator

We also repurposed the customer’s existing table, adapting it into a bespoke breakfast bar and shelving area to give the space a more personalised finish.

From the initial alterations through to the finished result, all works were carried out by our team with attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship throughout.

A great way of making better use of existing space while adding practicality and value to the home.

Another big push from the team today 💪

Despite a delayed delivery, we had over 2,000 tiles of the remaining tiles land this afternoon — but that didn’t stop us. The team pulled together and got everything loaded out and ready to keep the job moving 👏

🚨 Called Out for a Few Broken Tiles… Found This Instead 👇 🚨

We were originally asked to replace a few broken tiles on this roof…
But once we stripped it back, we uncovered a much bigger issue:

❌ Completely failed roofing felt
❌ Multiple holes letting water straight in
❌ Early signs of timber damage
❌ Long-term water ingress hidden beneath the tiles

From the outside, it looked like a simple repair — but underneath told a very different story.

⚠️ This is more common than people think.
A small visible issue can often be a sign of a much bigger problem underneath.
We have now carried out:

✔️ New felt support trays
✔️ New breathable membrane
✔️ New treated battens
✔️ New cement work
