Another productive day on site for Scone Scaffold Solutions 👷‍♂️

Today we constructed a chimney saddle to an existing scaffold, providing safe and secure access for chimney repointing works. We also added an additional lift at the rear of the property to facilitate the safe demolition of an existing chimney.

Safety is always our top priority, and every project is completed with the highest standards in mind.

Additional safety works completed this morning in the heart of Perth!

A great start to the day, although a few snagging works were required to ensure everything was up to standard — including the addition of guardrails for that extra level of safety.

Always satisfying to get things finished off properly, especially on a lovely day to be back working in the city of Perth.

Today we’ve been working in the heart of Perth at the historic Royal George Hotel following a recent kitchen fire.

With the hotel temporarily closed for maintenance, we were brought in to erect scaffolding to allow for a full chimney assessment and any necessary repair works. Projects like this always come with unique challenges—particularly with the glass conservatory at the rear—but with over 25 years of experience, our team ensured a safe, secure, and efficient access solution.

The scaffold has been carefully designed to allow inspection works to be carried out safely, all while overlooking the beautiful River Tay in the Fair City.
