RNL are pleased to announce the commencement of another project in the West Sussex area.

Works consist of the removal of the external render throughout, followed by the application of a lime render to the ground and 1st floors.

Aswell as, new rainwater goods and perimeter French drains to be introduced.

Tanking of the basement
Temporary works and RSJ installation

Our residential refurb and extension project in Mill Hill, London is progressing well and on programme.

We are currently pitching the new roof, infilling floor structures and erecting internal partitions. In preparation for the commencement of the 1st fix services in the coming weeks.

We are also progressing the external works which include significant civils and landscaping, and construction of a large garden building. Housing a spa pool, sauna and gym.

Private residence in West Sussex - RNL have provided the complete refurbishment of a run down georgian property.

Works consisted of a full fit out, both internally and externally.

Including new M&E throughout. As well as the installation of a glass link between the main house and entertainment building, and a new curved glass elevation to the kitchen.

RNL are proud to announce we have secured a new project.

The full refurbishment of a Grade II listed, Georgian, private residence in West Sussex.

Works Include:

* Conservation repairs, including Layout, and structural Changes to the main house.
* Replacement Roof & Windows.
* New Mechanical and Electrical systems throughout.
* Rebuilding the fire damaged first floor of the annex, in timber frame with tile cladding re-instated.
* Full Fit out including new sanitary ware and tiling to all bathrooms throughout, as well as two new fitted Kitchens.
* Full redecoration of Main house and all out buildings.

Richardsons are Pleased to announce the Handover of our Pool House project, at a private residence in Surrey.

RNL were tasked with turning an existing outdoor pool into an enclosed pool house that can be used all year round. With Steam room, Sauna, whirlpool bath and Gym all added. The architectural design incorporated the same external finishes, to blend in with the main house that RNL built over 15 years ago.

With a new energy center formed to provide a heat source to both the pool and main house, via 4 Mitsubishi 16Kw heat pumps. That are powered by solar panels and a battery system.
