We took over this garden after being left with some seriously poor workmanship — including concrete fence posts that weren’t even installed level! 😳

We stripped it right back and completely transformed the space:

⛏️ 16 tonnes of MOT Type 1 (803) installed
🧱 12m of edging stones
🪨 60m² of Indian sandstone

🧱 New retaining wall

🌍 4 tonnes of topsoil

✅ Added a course of blockwork to increase the wall height
✅ Battened the wall ready for the screening battens
✅ Cut all screening battens to size
✅ Fixed the screening battens vertically to create a clean, smart finish

* Old asbestos sheet roof safely removed and properly disposed of
* Back door opening blocked up
* New bathroom window installed
* New GRP cold roof with 175mm insulation and vapour barrier
* 3x2 stud walls with 65mm insulation and vapour barrier
* All insulation joints taped
* Self-levelling floor
* 100mm insulated floor with 22mm chipboard
* Full plaster skim and painted white throughout
* New skirting and internal door
* New flooring
* Full external render for a clean, fresh finish
* Brand-new bathroom with shower 🚿
* Washing machine and tumble dryer neatly stacked
