Another hallway and staircase recently completed by JB Decorators.

This property had existing lining paper throughout, which was in need of some attention. Rather than removing it all, we carefully made good any damaged and uneven areas, ensuring the surfaces were properly prepared before decorating.

The walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors and staircase have all been finished to give the space a fresh, clean and modern look. ✨

A lot of preparation goes into achieving a quality finish, especially when working over older surfaces — but the finished result speaks for itself! 👌

Another fantastic exterior project completed by JB Decorators.

This property has been completely transformed with a fresh, modern finish to the front, side and rear elevations. The entire property was fully scaffolded by Empower Scaffolding, allowing us to safely access every area and complete the work to the highest standard.

Our preparation process included:
✅ Full fungicidal wash
✅ Thorough power wash
✅ Stabilising solution applied to all surfaces
✅ Finished with a premium exterior masonry coating for a durable, long-lasting finish

A great transformation completed on this waterfront apartment block, where we freshly painted all of the white apex sections, giving the building a clean, bright finish and helping protect it from the elements for years to come.

This project wasn’t just about the painting. We also managed the logistics from start to finish, including organising all the required council permits and road lane closures through the relevant authorities, ensuring the work was carried out safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents and the public.

From the hallway and staircase to the open-plan living area, kitchen and bedrooms, every room was prepared and decorated with care and attention to detail.

From cover-up to clean finish ✨

This ceiling was hiding a multitude of sins under thick embossed wallpaper. Once stripped, it revealed uneven surfaces, heavy imperfections and cracks throughout the room.

The entire ceiling was filled, sanded and restored, with all wall cracks repaired before decorating — turning a tired room into a fresh, smooth modern space 👌

Preparation is everything. The finish speaks for itself.
