Before & After – Cavity Wall Kitchen Rebuild

Here’s a recent project where we were brought in to rebuild a cold and damp single-skin kitchen extension. The customer decided to handle the demolition themselves, and we took it from there — rebuilding the extension with a proper cavity wall system to eliminate cold spots and moisture issues for good.

We constructed two skins with a clear cavity, drastically improving thermal performance and preventing future damp pe*******on. The blockwork is now prepped and ready for the roof to go on, rendering, kitchen to be fitted and finishing touches.

Another step towards a warmer, drier home — built to last.
