End of Day 10 on our latest garden room build 🏡
It’s really starting to take shape! The room is now prepped and ready for plastering after the long weekend break.
Great progress so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next stage come together. 👷‍♂️🔨

A little look around the kitchen and utility room we completed earlier this year, forming part of a larger new-build project on Dartmoor.
We’ve been involved from the outset, working closely alongside the homeowner and delivering the project in phases over the past two years, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout.
A great project to be part of and one we’re very proud of.

Another busy week ! 💪
This week we've been transforming the living space on a detached property in Chaddlewood, Plympton by removing an outdated, overpowering chimney breast to make way for a bespoke media wall.
As part of the project, we had previously removed the chimney stack and completed all the necessary roof repairs in preparation. We've now safely removed the chimney breast from the ground floor right up into the loft, completed the framework for the new media wall, installed a modern inset fire, and carried out the first fix electrical works for the media wall along with new lighting throughout the room.

✨ Another stunning transformation completed in Saltash! ✨
What a difference this project has made.
Brad and I have recently completed the installation of this beautiful Pinela glass veranda, replacing an old, rotten, unusable conservatory with a modern outdoor living space that can be enjoyed all year round.
This installation features:
✔️ Premium Millboard decking
✔️ Deponti Pinela glass
✔️ Fiano glass sliding doors.
✔️ A fixed aluminium wall
The result is a bright, contemporary, multi-functional outdoor space that offers protection from the elements while still enjoying the garden views. Whether it's relaxing with a coffee, entertaining friends and family, or simply making the most of the outdoors, this veranda is designed for year-round use.

Back in May, I returned to the Dartmoor build to undertake the next phase of this project.
Working with the homeowner
Tom ,we began by demolishing the old garage and stables to make way for a completely new approach to the property, along with the excavation works required for a triple garage that is set to be constructed at a later stage.
Over the course of a couple of weeks, we excavated and moved hundreds of tonnes of material, reusing much of it to build up and reshape the land surrounding the property. Areas that were once part of the original driveway have now been transformed through extensive landscaping, while a significant volume of imported material was brought in to create the new driveway and access route.
This phase of the project has dramatically improved the appearance of the property, completely transforming its kerb appeal and helping to better ground the house within its surroundings.
We're looking forward to returning for the next stage and continuing the transformation of this fantastic Dartmoor property.

Brad and I have had a busy and gruelling week working through the heat 🥵, removing an old, rotten, and unusable conservatory and transforming the space with the installation of this stunning 6x3 Deponti Pinela glass veranda.
With the remedial work on the property completed and the main structure now erected and fully glazed, we've moved on to installing a new aluminium floor system in preparation for the Millboard decking, which will be complemented by Fiano glass sliding doors.
Despite the challenging temperatures this week, we're pleased with the progress so far and are looking forward to sharing the finished transformation with you soon. 🔨

Over the past couple of days, Brad and I have returned to the Tavistock Annex project to complete the final phase of the installation.
This stage involved the installation of a solar PV system with integrated battery storage, providing the property with a sustainable and efficient energy solution designed to reduce reliance on the grid and maximise the use of renewable energy.
It's been rewarding to see this project progress from the initial design stages through to completion,
A great project to be involved with from start to finish.

Another fantastic project completed in Tavistock ✅
It’s been a busy couple of weeks for myself and Brad bringing this annexe build to life — and the finished result looks incredible. Fully decorated and fitted out with modern kitchen and bathroom, this turnkey project has been transformed a space that once stood a garage into a stylish, self-contained one-bedroom mini home for our client’s daughter.
Despite its compact 6m x 6m footprint, this build is packed with smart design features, including a stunning vaulted ceiling, bespoke LED lighting, and a quirky mezzanine area that will soon be accessed via a custom wall-mounted ladder.
This project is a great example of what can be achieved with clever planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail — proving that small spaces can still feel spacious, modern, and full of character.
Really proud of how this one has turned out 👌

We spent the entire day getting these monster steel beams into the property — all by hand.
No easy access. Just hard work, teamwork, and determination to get them lifted and positioned in place.

Looking back now it’s incredible to see how far the project has come since that day. respect for everyone involved. 💪🏗️
