🏗️ WILLIAM COURT – PROJECT UPDATE

Excellent progress continues at William Court, with the development now entering an exciting stage as the homes really begin to take shape.

Recent milestones achieved on site include:

➡️ Roofing works completed, including integrated solar panel installation
➡️ Scaffolding removed, revealing the finished external appearance of the properties
➡️ Windows fully installed throughout the development
➡️ First fix joinery completed
➡️ First fix plumbing and electrical works completed
➡️ Plasterboarding now underway internally

With the external envelope complete, attention is now focused on the internal fit-out phase as each plot moves steadily towards completion.
