Garage Conversion, Single Rear Extension and Double-Storey Side Extension with Balcony.

A stunning full-house refurbishment. The project included removing a downstairs wall to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a rear extension forming a dedicated bar and social space, and a garage conversion into additional living space. A double-storey side extension added a new garage, along with a master dressing room and en-suite above. The master bedroom now opens onto a private balcony with a hot tub, complemented by a new ground-floor patio. Finished with all-new glazing throughout for a sleek, modern look.

Completed September 2025.

Garage conversion and double-storey extension.

This project focused on adding all the features needed to make this a forever home! The garage conversion made space for a utility. The double-storey extension allowed for an open plan kitchen-diner with a bifold door into the garden and an additional bathroom downstairs; while upstairs, an additional two bedrooms were added and an en-suite in the master bedroom.

Completed November 2023.

- Removed old tiles and bathroom suite
- Plastered surfaces ready for new tiles and paint
- Fitted modern bathroom suite with a black finish
- Tiled with a lovely sage green subway tile for the bath/shower area and a Terrazzo floor tile.
Availability to renovate your bathroom before Christmas!

NEW JOB: Kidmore End - Single Rear Extension and Dormer. This new project is to create a beautiful dining room with bifold doors looking out into the garden.

- Groundwork complete
- Structural works complete
- Screed poured
- Windows and doors fitted
- Patio laid

Next steps are to complete the flat roof and second fix electrics and plumbing.

UPDATE: The Warren - Single Storey Rear and Side Extension. Great progress at The Warren.
- Exterior walls built
- Flat roof built
- Structural supports removed
- Knock through complete
- First fix joinery, plumbing and electrics complete.

Next steps ... plasterboarding, along with installing wet underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

NEW JOB: Upper Warren - Single Storey Rear and Side Extension. Great start at our latest project in Upper Warren! This project is to create a nice open plan kitchen, with utility and to add a downstairs WC.

- Foundations have been dug and poured
- Steels installed
- Flat roof to be completed over the next few days

UPDATE: Wantage - Single Storey Side Extension and Double Storey Side Extension.
Progress continues at pace on our Wantage project! We’ve rebuilt the porch with beautiful oak post features that add real character to the entrance. Tiling is now complete in the kitchen/diner and utility, and the kitchen has been delivered with installation already underway.
Upstairs, decking for the balcony has begun and is well underway. The transformation is really taking shape—more to come soon!
