That was an omission that we at Anchorbloc™ decided to put right. After nearly two years in development work, we succeeded in designing and engineering a high quality product that was structurally sound, mechanically versatile and

environmentally sustainable due to its very long service life, flexible use/re use and high recyclability. Independent and privately owned, we manufacture our unique product from premises in Nottinghamshire but are also developing capabilities to manufacture from satellite facilities. We can also arrange manufacture local to client via our partnership with a leading ready-mix concrete supplier. The Anchorbloc™ company now has in stock some 1,000 of our one tonne blocks. We can supply these to customers nationwide on hire/lease periods from a few days to a full year - or beyond. We are pleased to now be members of both The National Outdoor Events Association and MUTA, the trade association for the UK temporary structures and technical textiles industries. Brindley Heath Junior School, Kinver 📍

Another section successfully installed as part of our ongoing project with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd at Brindley Heath Junior School.

For this phase, our team installed 29 metres of 2.40m high white hoarding at the site’s main entrance, creating a secure and well presented boundary for the project.

To give the entrance a more professional, branded finish, the installation was completed with bespoke metal header and footer tracking in the client’s corporate colours, along with company logos.

A key aspect of this installation was that the structure needed to encompass the existing school fencing... this meant no existing fencing had to be removed, while still allowing us to install our no-dig, damage free Anchorbloc system safely and efficiently.

The works also included the installation of a pedestrian access gate with a slide-bar locking mechanism, providing controlled access at the site entrance.

Another great addition to this ongoing project!

Winter Wonderland, London 📍

Christmas may be a distant memory for most, but not for Anchorbloc... we’re pleased to share these images from our final project of 2025 at Winter Wonderland, delivering a secure, non-invasive anchoring solution for this iconic event.

We safely secured the main Christmas tree using 10 x Anchorblocs, providing maximum stability without the need for ground pe*******on, ideal for temporary, high-footfall environments.

In addition, our Anchorbloc system was used to secure festoon lighting and bunting, ensuring everything remained safely in place throughout the event.

A key requirement for this project was a solution that was robust, discreet and suitable for a temporary public attraction, while protecting the underlying surface. Our no-dig Anchorbloc system delivered exactly that.

Sainsburys, Dumfries 📍

It's been a busy busy January! Here's one of our latest works successfully completed for Simpson (York) Ltd in Dumfries, supporting the new Sainsbury’s store project.

Delivered in just half a day, our team installed a branded pedestrian gate, enclosed by 10 metres of our 2.4m high AnchorHoard system, providing a professional, secure and well-presented perimeter solution.

A key challenge on this project was restricted space and limited access, with the installation located directly on a pedestrian access route, preventing the use of a telehandler.

This was overcome through careful planning and the use of alternative, accessible lifting equipment, allowing our 1000kg Anchorblocs to be safely positioned and the system installed efficiently, all without compromising site access or safety.

Huge thanks to the team for another smoothly delivered project, proving that the right temporary works solution adapts to the site, not the other way around.

NHM Unlocked, Reading 📍

Our latest works successfully completed for Mace Group at the Natural History Museum Unlocked project in Reading.

Delivered in a total of 5 days, our team installed a professional and secure hoarding solution, including 202 metres of 3m high black hoarding with mesh top, alongside 35 metres of 2.4m high white hoarding around the welfare area, complete with a pedestrian gate.

We also installed an additional pedestrian gate within the existing hoarding system to improve site access and flow.

A key requirement on this project was providing a robust, non-intrusive solution suitable for a high profile and sensitive site. All works were secured using our 1000kg Anchorbloc no-dig anchoring system, delivering maximum stability without ground pe*******on.

10 Colmore Row, Birmingham📍

We’re pleased to share the completion of our latest project for Rhino Interiors Group at 10 Colmore Row.

Completed in just half a day, the team installed 13 metres of 2.4m high white AnchorHoard system, complete with one extended 2.3m slide-bar pedestrian gate to allow for a larger and inward opening.

One of the main challenges on this project was the busy high street location. To ensure the installation was completed as safely and efficiently as possible, our operatives began work early in the morning when the area was less busy.

Holy Trinity School, Leeds📍

We’re proud to share the completion of Phase 1 of our latest project for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd at Holy Trinity School.

Over just five consecutive days, our brilliant team installed 108 metres of white 2.4m hoarding with footer panels and a 5 metre vehicle gate, all securely supported by our 1000kg Anchorblocs and scaffold structures.

We also installed 110 metres of tree protection heras fencing, creating a solid protective line between the woodland areas and the site.

Delivering when it matters most ☑️

Just before 3PM on Friday, we received an urgent request from a client.

They required 12 X 500kg Anchorblocs to hire, with delivery needed on the Monday.

Despite the tight timeframe, our team sprung into action, working closely with our haulage partner Walker & Son (Hauliers) Ltd, to make it happen:

15:00 Friday – Request received and assessed.
16:00 – PO confirmed and delivery booked.
17:00 – Trailer fully loaded before close of business Friday.
11:00 Monday – Our Anchorblocs were successfully delivered to site, ready for use.

By combining the expertise of our fantastic team with our strong partnerships across our logistics network, we work to ensure urgent deadlines are met without compromising on quality or safety.

While next working day delivery depends on availability and cannot always be guaranteed, our focus is always on finding a solution and delivering when it matters most.

New Street, Birmingham📍

Working with Rhino Interiors Group on this exciting city centre project, we installed a 5m vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate, both personalised with the client’s company logo for a professional finish.

To complete the setup, we fitted a short run of white hoarding panels to neatly close the surrounding gap, complemented by company safety signage for clear communication and compliance.

The result is a secure, functional, and visually consistent access point, and we’re pleased to share that the client was delighted with the final outcome!

The Tower Hotel, London 📍

We’re proud to be supporting RED Construction Group's Special Projects division on the prestigious refurbishment of The Tower Hotel by Thistle, appointed by Clermont Hotel Group.

Our 30m Anchor Hoard system has been installed on this iconic site, providing a secure and professional perimeter. This includes a pair of 3m vehicle gates, fully customised with the client’s corporate colours and signage, ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual presence throughout the works. A pedestrian gate was also installed to maintain safe and easy access for foot traffic.
