New site underway…

Work has now started in the costal village of Whitburn for our valued client Lovell Homes

We have secured the full package including roads and sewers, S278 and plotworks.

This is our second development with Lovell and once again demonstrating repeat business is the best testament to a great service.

In the 1st 12 weeks as principal contractor we will hand back all roads and associated infrastructure along with 12 plots slabbed and ready for superstructure bricklayers.

A joint donation from ourselves and Ian Phillips of EMH and CASE Construction Equipment of £5000 to Children North East, a charity we have supported annually for the last 3 years. Project manager Ryan Jones and Health and Safety Manager Adam Swinney, collecting the quarterly regional Health and safety award for Ascent Homes. Picking up both the safest site award, and also safest contractor award in the North East.

We continue to raise standards and put a huge focus on delivering our projects safely.

This will be a fast paced site with both North and South cells running concurrently.

We can’t wait to get started and showcase the standard of work we produce…..

Work starts today at Longhorsley for Ascent Homes. We have secured the earthworks, roads and sewers, ascociated infrastructure and plotworks. This is a flagship site for the developer so we will be pulling out all the stops ⭐️
