Hi, I’m Richard Rawlinson from Rawlinson Plastering & Carpentry.
I’ve been working in the trade for over 35 years, providing plastering, rendering and carpentry services across Southend and the surrounding Essex area.
I cover everything from interior plastering, ceiling repairs and external rendering through to skirting, architraves, doors, locks, latches, stud walls and general carpentry.
I’m a big believer in doing a job properly. I take pride in my work, I treat every customer’s home with respect, and whether it’s a small repair or a larger renovation, I always aim to provide a reliable, professional service and a high quality finish.
A lot of my work comes through recommendations and repeat customers, which after more than three decades in the trade means a great deal to me.
