🍃🔥This build is going to be heated by a 5kw vaillant arotherm air source heat pump with a complementary government grant of 7.5k to help fund it‼️

⁉️How often do you check your cold water tanks in the attic? ⁉️🐁

This customer had Mice chewing the old insulation on top of the tank dropping bits into the tank causing issues with the plumbing, Including a very expensive shower pump!
I cleaned the tank and pipes connected and managed to save the pump also sorting the issues around the house. 👌
I fitted the correct lid and insulation wich comes in a kit with other bits that brings in to water regulation standard 📖
I have found all sorts of nasty things in these tanks over the years like dead birds 🐦 and mice 🐭 big spiders 🕷️ massive amounts of dirt and many more.
⁉️So please check on them once in a while ⁉️
