As Festival Season comes to an end we head back into Theatres!
This one sneaks in just before we finish and its a local one!
Thursday 3rd September head on over to Rotherham Civic Theatre

The New Stage makes an appearance on RCF UK

This weekend we have built a stage for a friend of ours who wanted to reuse their previous years branding.

To make it work we built a 2m x 4m Truss Goal Post structure at each side of the stage!

We were blown away with how amazing they look.

It’s always a highlight to our festival calendar!

This year was particularly special when one of the event promoters falls ill, we pulled out all the stops to ensure the festival happened without a Glich!

Not only did we provide:

8m Towable Stage
Flown PA System
Lighting with Engineer and Special Effects
Full Site Power Distribution
On a call Electrician

But we also stepped up to provide:

Onsite Catering for Any Team in Need
A Designated Point of Contact for Traders, Bands and security
On Call Crew to ensure the event ran smoothly

We also managed to snap the best photo of the weekend, when Neil sneaked onto site and Him, Amber and Adey enjoyed Kissmet the Saturday Night Headline only seconded by an afternoon photo with Julie and Greg enjoying Fraser Morgan

Also a massive shout off to Rosie who stepped up as artist liaison all weekend!

It’s was all go again last weekend! The season is busier than ever but you wont here hear us complaining 😉

Thursday saw us rebuild the Towable Stage for a Huge Caribbean Event.

Saturday it was a local build at Manvers Lake ready for the Liberty Church, Rotherham Public Baptism.

Sunday took some serious planning!

Early Sunday morning, part of the team travelled to Shaftonbury Festival in Barnsley to build the Pop Up Stage for their charity funday.

The crew then tag teamed to swap vehicles and de-rig the Towable ready to be towed away.

Greg was Sound Engineering at the Lake looking after 17 Churches and witnessing over 80 people being baptised.

Everyone joined back together to de-rig the New 9m Pitch Roof Stage from Manvers. Even having a visit from Jenny and Chelsea to “help” 🤣

The Trucks are heading back to the yard while the crew were back up in Barnsley to collect the Pop Up.

We didn’t get a break Monday as we were off to Tapton School for their Sports Presentation Night with help from Liam at The Yorkshire DJ Company!

The heat has got to us. ☀️🌞🕶️

We totally missed telling you what we’ve been upto last weekend!

Within 2 Hours on Friday we had a team out on an Emergency Call Out to save the day at a boxing show with missing cables and adaptors that could have stopped the show!

The Towable Stage and a Big PA System was on Dry Hire to a Brand New Country Festival local to us. (On Behalf of another Local Production Company)

The Pop Up was at the Dare2Dream Network Launch Event & Family Festival

The 6m Pitch was at Euro Bangla Association Greater Manchester Boishakhi Mela 2026

We were also behind the scenes at a Private Party providing Power Distribution across the site.
