This morning, we've been busy waving off another machine that is starting its 3hr journey to a new customer of ours!

With an ever increasing amount of complex customer projects coming past our engineering team, we've supported this customer with full Fusion360 CAM training to help get them up and running as quickly as possible!

Now here's one to shout about! Ordered on a Friday, up and running parts on the following Wednesday, with fixtures and full programming of various parts provided.... Yes, we think that's a SOLID effort too!

This customer had been let down by another manufacturer, and with parts urgently needing machining, he invested in our Siemens powered SYIL X5, with only a 1000mm wide footprint you could say we weren't overly worried that it wouldn't fit... 🤣

If there was gold medals for the world's tightest delivery of 2026, I think we'd have scooped it...😅

We provided a stage 2 strip down on the machine in order to reduce the Z height for delivery but still ended up with less than 1mm gap on the tightest point of delivery... No joke, our delivery team needed to acro prop the door frame as it had sunken in the middle!

Nevertheless, we don't do hassle here so our new style 2026 X7 is in to our new customer and ready to earn some money! 💷

Another day another delivery! This time its the extremely compact SYIL L2 CNC Lathe!
