It's been a blending day at Jenkins & Pain

One of the most frequently asked questions about our new robotic painting technology is, "How does the robot blend colour?"

Until now, we've explained the process based on our experience and understanding, but today we can actually show how effectively the robot performs a blend repair.

Today, we successfully painted and blended in the ZeusXR Spraybooth a Blue VW ID.4. The repair involved painting a new door and blending the colour across the front door and quarter panel before applying clear coat to all panels.

We then moved on to a Grey Hyundai, where the robot blended the colour from the front wing through to the rear door.
As you can see in the photos below, the colour visible on the masking tape clearly demonstrates where the blend has been applied, showing a smooth and accurate transition between panels.

We're continually impressed by the precision and consistency this technology delivers. ✨✨

We’re proud to have recently completed a major installation for NI Accident Management in Belfast, Northern Ireland, as part of their newly renovated facility.

The project included:
✅ Two Poseidon Gas Fired Spray booths
✅ A Paint Mixing Room
✅ A Centralised Dust Extraction System

After months of planning and close collaboration, Todd Engineering successfully delivered the installation within the customer’s project timeline, ready for the official opening of their new premises on 31st July.

This investment will help NI Accident Management increase efficiency and provide faster turnaround times for their customers.

✨We are delighted to announce a major new project with Jenkins & Pain, a highly respected and established name in the UK autobody repair industry.

Following a recent demonstration of our innovative Zeus All-Electric Spraybooths, Jenkins & Pain selected two units for their Bodyshop. During their visit, they also experienced our groundbreaking ZeusXR Spraybooth featuring the PaintGo Robot.
