Suitable for new build and renovation projects, these kits include an 18mm thick gypsum fibre overlay panel that can be installed over the existing floor and is pre-grooved to fit the 12mm multilayer PERT/AL/PERT pipe at 150mm centres. This means that not only do you benefit from excellent heat outputs but also response times are better as the underfloor heating pipes are laid just below the finished floor surface, whether this be ceramic tiles or timber floor, both of which can be laid directly over the low profile panels.
The low profile overlay panel is manufactured from a high performance Fermacell gypsum fibreboard and designed to incorporate both straight pipe runs and the option of forming pipe returns meaning that there is no need for multiple components.
