Our newest limited batch Honey - LINDEN ‘LIME’ HONEY! Linden honey is a distinct monofloral honey made by bees collecting nectar from the fragrant blossoms of linden (lime) trees. It features a light amber to yellow colour, a woody-herbal aroma with minty notes, and a sweet taste with a slight, pleasant bitterness
