Check out this freshen up of a house in Sale, all works sourced, managed and installed by Lofthouse Builders.

Infill extension and pitched roof changed to a Flat GRP roof with roof lights which have LED lighting around them which you can see in the photos.

Customers are made up which is the most important thing, it’s just a shame its City blue and not United Red 🔴

☀️ Single storey wrap round round for internal structural alterations over the next few weeks 💪🏼

Top job being done on this tricky double storey extension near completion now that 2nd fix joinery is underway:

- 1st floor brickwork had to be stepped in due to planning
- Rear flat GRP flat roof with flat window
- Ground floor WC

Hip to gable loft conversion previously completed and plastering underway on the single storey wrap round extension.

Really happy with how this one has turned out and to make things even better the clients are great as well so it’s been a pleasure 😀

Good progress on a Job in Sale…..

- Roof removed
- Brickwork extended
- All new GRP flat roof install with 2 No Flat windows
- Rear sliders installed
- Old internal floor replaced with Egger Boards
- Kitchen going in next now that is all plastered

Hip to gable loft conversion well under way now.

It’s been a big week with a break in the rain which has a allowed for us to open the roof up and get a crane day done 🏗️

The roof was stripped and made water tight first, then 7 pieces of steel, new joists and flooring installed before we could open the roof up.

Stay locked in to see further updates and a wrap round extension after the loft is complete.
