**DESIGN STAGE**
The first stage of any construction project is to figure out an exact design that best suits your needs. We can produce draft floorplans, elevations and 3D walkthroughs to help visualise your ideas and bring them to life.
**PLANNING**
Once a design has been finalised, we can then deal with the planning application itself - producing all necessary planning drawings including site plans, floorplans, elevations etc while submitting all application forms and liaising with the local authority as necessary.
**CONSTRUCTION**
Once planning permission and building regulations approval has been achieved, we will then project manage and carry out every single aspect of your development to the highest standards, alongside our trusted team of reputable sub-contractors.
**PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT**
You may be surprised to learn just how much you are able to alter you home WITHOUT the need to apply for planning permission. Terraced/semi-detached properties can often be extended up to 3mtrs x the full width of the property while detached properties can go up to 4mtrs providing the project is designed within regulations. There are also a range of other improvements that can be carried out such as porches, outbuildings and loft-conversions.
We can design your project to meet these requirements which not only saves you money, but also means you could potentially begin the works within 2weeks rather than waiting up to 12weeks for planning approval. You can relax while we produce the necessary documentation and carry out your pre-planning application for you. In most cases building regulations approval will still be required which (again) we can deal with as part of our service.
