Customer had a leak on the box gutter of this double hipped Edwardian..which had been repaired twice previously to no avail!
We removed the glass from that side of the conservatory,placed a rubber membrane on the inside of the gutter. Replaced all the glass and installed our insulated ceiling with 6 new spotlights!!
No more leaks 👍
No more glare on the TV ✅
Warmer in winter 🥵
Cooler in summer 🥶
