🚨 Job Vacancy 🚨

We’re looking for someone to join our team.

Requirements:
• Full driving licence
• Over 25 years old
• Experience in our line of work
• Reliable and turns up ready to work
• Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
• Flexible when needed to get the job finished
• Good attitude is essential, no time for poor attitudes

We carry out all aspects of building work, from digging footings and drainage right through to roofing and internal works. Every day is different and it’s a great opportunity to learn the trade properly from start to finish.

A productive week on this extension project despite the wet weather we’ve had to contend with! 🌧️🧱👷🏼‍♂️

The footings had the weekend to cure, then on Monday we got the brickwork up to DPC. Tuesday was spent stoning up, insulating and concreting the floor pad, and the rest of the week has been focused on getting the shell built.

Not a bad week’s progress at all considering the conditions. 💪

Next week, the aim is to get the brickwork completed and start getting the roof structure on, weather permitting. 🏠🔨

Credit to the lads for getting the job done this week. 👏

🏡 Extension Project Update 🏡

Some great progress made on this extension so far! 👷🏼‍♂️🧱

✅ Conservatory dismantled and removed
✅ Footings excavated
✅ Foundations poured and completed

Now ready to start the build. Next up is brickwork to DPC level, followed by floor insulation and the concrete slab.

Garage conversion flying on now 👌

What a difference a week makes.
New roof, insulated timber frame, first fix completed and now fully boarded ready for B E Plastering Services & then NWElectrics to 2nd fix the electrics.

This one is really starting to come together now 🔥

Great progress made so far on this garage conversion project 👌

Complete transformation from a tired old garage to a fully insulated usable space.

Works completed so far:
• New roof installed
• New lintels fitted
• Damp proofing completed
• New timber floor installed
• 4x2 timber frame walls built
• Insulated with 100mm Kingspan plus an additional 25mm over the top
• Ply boarded and finally plasterboarded ready for the next stage

Coming together nicely now 🔨🏠

Another insurance repair completed ✅

This damaged stone garage wall was carefully taken down and rebuilt to match the existing stonework as closely as possible.

Top job by our bricky on this one 👌 Really pleased with how well the new work blends into the original wall.

A great transformation on this outdoor space 👌

Porcelain tiles laid throughout with an artificial grass centre section to create a clean, modern and low maintenance finish.

Really happy with how this one turned out, especially the contrast between the light tiles and fresh green grass ☀️

Another insurance job completed ✔️

This boundary wall had taken a knock and needed putting right. We carefully took down the damaged section and rebuilt it to match the existing brickwork, making sure everything is solid, level, and back looking as it should.

Clean, tidy, and built to last 👍
