Making custom fabrications without patterns or drawings, these HARDOX plates got plasma cut then MAG drilled and CSK using CDX drill bits.
Once satisfied these then MIG stitch welded, resulting in a harder wearing side wall than the OEM

We got called out to this genie MEWP, customer reported a few faults, main issue being the machine was only getting 2 hours run time on a full charge, we carried out a battery load test and found all x8 batteries failing the test.

Complete set ordered, when these are fitted a full check of the machine will be completed to Diagnose the hydraulic faults reported.

We work on all types of plant and machinery, completing hydraulic, mechanical and electrical repairs.

Slew brake failure
Drained the remaining fluid
Stripped off the hydraulic drive
Stripped off the brake unit
Take out all slack from linkage
Adjust the cable and the shoes
Strip the brake unit to replace leaking slave cylinder
Clean up contaminated brake drum
Send brake shoes to supplier for relining

We noticed the reducer drive gearbox bearings having excess play and shaft seal to be leaking

Return visit required for repair
