Major damp issues in this property which had apparently been “rectified” TWICE by supposed professionals however as you can see it was clearly out of hand and not fixed at all. UNTIL NOW! Pointing to outside of the house after locating the actual problem and then walls stripped back, treated properly and reboarded and plastered and we also found a beautiful fire place hiding behind another horrifically damp wall which is now all opened up to a beautiful feature wall! Replaced floor joists which were rotten and replaced boards then finished off with new skirting and a lovely LVT flooring.
