Haven’t posted for a while so heres a bedroom ive done recently from start to finish.
Started off with over-boarding the ceiling and removal of all perished/blown plaster.
Walls were scraped of all unsuitable paint, stabilised and then primed.
Areas were then bonded with a layer of reinforcing mesh added to provide strength.
2 coats of plaster were then applied with the chimney breast being fully meshed to strengthen the new plaster to avoid cracking in the future as it was a point of weakness in this particular room.
Finally finished up with some coving to add some traditional feature back to the property.

🇪🇸☀️ Finished up this Spanish Villa loft conversion. The majority has been metal framed then drylined, Some has been solid rendered, then everything finished with plaster. Really happy with how this has come out 😎

Heres a little before and after of a downstairs extension completed for some lovely customers. Nice straightforward plastering onto boards. Ready for new internal doors to be put in and a small exterior window when it turns up.

Heres a recently finished bedroom.

The bedroom walls were badly cracked and the old plaster had blown in a lot of places so the action taken was to remove all old plaster, reboard and skim.

Whilst going through the efforts of reboarding the walls, the customer opted for a thermal board option to the external walls that would help increase the thermal efficiency of the bedroom.

The ceiling was overboarded and skimmed to give a complete fresh background ready for paint.

Transformed this space after two rooms opened up into one.

Really pleased with how this one turned out 💪🏻😎

First job was to finish the last few bits of boarding.
The next step was to level out the walls with some bonding where the previous two rooms were at slightly different levels so the room can flow as one.
Once the bonding had dried enough the room could then be skimmed.
The final step was to put up new coving to the bedroom and replace the missing bit of coving from the new hallway area.

Heres a few pictures from a job earlier in the week, getting this bathroom ready for a refit.

Firstly had to put a backing plaster onto the damaged walls from the tile removal to get them level again ready for the skim coat.

Whilst waiting for the walls to dry i applied plaster to the ceiling to cover the old artex.

Final process was to plaster the walls 👍

After a tidy up this is the result ready for the new bathroom to be installed 😎

After electrics being fitted to this kitchen wall, the old plaster was not fit for being patched up.
To rectify this issue i removed the old plaster to take the wall back to brick. It was then Boarded and skimmed tieing into the ceiling ready for the kitchen units to be fit.
