Really like this scoot came with a twisted crank , awful internals Christopher Sturgess did his magic and I think we got a tad shy of 21bhp but some groovy torque numbers. To my shame it’s been here two years . Sounds ace, starts first kick. Spending yesterday giving it a sonic and cleaning the jets out seems to have made the blowback less …… anyway Pengilly , your stead awaits even though you e gone to the dark side …….. this is now a very very tidy scoot . £4.5k if anyone’s interested .

Inundated with requests to see what paths I can get reproduced . The answer is anything from frames to solderless ni***es . I need the part I can then assess a cost and produce either the CAD as an STL file or STP or a 3d printed part on a variety of materials or as a smooth (ish) Resin model

Casting masters can be made with appropriate shrinkage rates introduced to allow for the cast part to cool to the original
Size .

Please message me Rather than clogging up the comments .

Remember once you have the cad model parts can be modified , anodised , painted and even laser engraved with a choice of logos .

Finally done it . Tank CAD making a one off then a batch of 10 copper coated then technical nickel .
